I am so excited that you are in my class this year:) What a great year we will have together! This is our very own class blog that you can check for updates and pictures on what we will be doing in Kindergarten this year. It will be a fun way to save our memories together throughout the year.
I want to introduce myself and share a little about who I am:)
This will be my 3rd year to teach Kindergarten at Pattison. I am so excited because this is truly my dream job. I LOVE kindergarten! I am blessed to work at such an amazing school. I know you will love it here, too!
I am married and Jason and I will be celebrating our 8 year anniversary this December. We are parents to a precious little girl named Collins Catherine who will be two in December. We have a sweet little pup named Garcia whom was our first baby:) I am from Louisiana (Geaux Tigers and Saints!) but moved to Houston from Nashville, Tn where my husband and I were lucky to live for 4 years. I now have a big heart for the Tennessee Titans:) We have been in Houston for almost 3 years and finally just bought a home in Nottingham Country (right down the road) this summer. We spent our summer working on home projects (lots of them!), swimming and going to Seaside, Florida for vacation with our families. I am an aunt, daughter, sister, friend, mom, wife and teacher. I love the many roles I have been blessed to have.
I love to run! I have ran a few half marathons so far and maybe one day I will run a full;) I run every morning before school so I can be ready and energetic for my students:) I love to read, decorate our home and cook. I love spending time with my family and friends as well as attending our church at Kingsland Baptist.
I am so excited spend this year together! It will be a great one!
